We take product safety seriously and observe the applicable legal requirements of the General Product Safety Regulation (GPSR). Our products are made and checked to careful quality standards.

When used properly, our textiles, accessories and play items present no known danger to dogs or people. We select soft, practical materials that are made for comfortable use.

Packaging

Our items are packed in protective bags to keep them safe in transit and are sent in cartons, mailing bags or folding packaging.

Packaging materials must be kept safely away from children and dogs, because they pose a risk of suffocation. Please dispose of packaging materials responsibly and out of the reach of children and animals.
