Puppy starter kit: what does my puppy need for warmth, rain and sleep?
Puppies get cold faster than adult dogs, because they are small, often still have little undercoat and cannot hold their body temperature as steadily yet. In cold rain, wind, snow or during long breaks in everyday life, suitable dog clothing can make sense.

Which size should I buy for a puppy?
Measure the back length from the shoulder blade to the base of the tail, the chest girth and the neck girth. If your puppy is between two sizes, it depends on the product, the body shape and how the tail is carried. Open the customer chat and send us measurements, age, weight, breed or mix and, if you like, photos from the side and from above.
Raincoat or winter coat for puppies?
The Glow Raincoat is both: a waterproof raincoat and a warmly lined dog coat. For cold rainy days it can be combined with the Glow Jumper. In dry cold, depending on the dog, the Glow Jumper or a sherpa style is often enough.

Which size do I buy if my puppy is growing?
Do not simply choose something clearly too big. Clothing that is too large can slip and get in the way. A flexible fit, regular remeasuring and personal size advice work better.
Can I send photos of my puppy?
Yes. You can upload photos in the customer chat. One picture from the side and one from above help a great deal in judging the fit.
How quickly is it delivered?
We dispatch daily from Monday to Friday. Delivery usually takes 1-3 days including a tracking number.
