If the product does not fit, you can return it to us in the original packaging (including hangtag) within 14 days of receiving the package.

Please note: The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. We only accept products that are unused, in their original packaging and with all labels.

Customer Responsibility: Before you submit your order, please have a look at our size charts and measure your dog. If you are unsure whether your measurement is correct, please write us an email or use the chat function on our webpage. Correct measuring not only ensures the best possible fit and comfort. It also helps reduce emissions because it avoids unnecessary returns.
Notice: Excellent craftsmanship guarantees the premium quality of our jumpers. But knitwear is sensitive to contact with velcro, rough or sharp objects. Such contact can lead to ladders. If you plan a trip to the thicket or undergrowth, please put on an additional protective, robust cover that is water- and dirt-repellent.
Care instruction: 30°C wool cycle, use laundry bag, no aggressive detergents, no fabric softeners, do not tumble dry, do not iron.
