Did you know that every year countless dogs are killed in traffic accidents because they are not seen in time? Our design concept combines the safety features of workwear with modern style to make your dog visible and safe. Our bright neon colors and reflective accessories ensure that you are both well protected when it is dark - whether in summer or winter. Because as we know, there are around 365 dark nights a year.

Our entire collection is PETA-approved and is made from certified, high-quality materials. We use sustainable and animal-friendly fabrics. Our knitwear collection is produced exclusively for us in a GOTS-certified factory, with the machines powered by solar energy. All of our products are manufactured in certified factories in Turkey, Italy and Portugal.

Most of our products are machine washable at 30°C. We recommend washing them on a gentle cycle without fabric softener and hanging to dry. Please check the specific care instructions on the label of each product.

We occasionally offer pre-orders for exclusive collections. When you pre-order an item, you reserve it in your desired size before it is officially available. Shipping will occur as soon as the products arrive with us.

The delivery time for pre-orders varies and is indicated on the product page. As soon as the pre-ordered items have arrived, we will inform you by email about the shipping.

We are happy to advise you online and help you find the right size for your dog. What do you have to do? Use our online chat or write us an email to support@lumiies.com. Under the "Measure your dog" section you will also find instructions and all size charts to determine the perfect fit.

We offer a variety of products that are suitable for almost all dog breeds (except for very large breeds such as St. Bernards or Leonbergers). Please note our size charts, which are very detailed. From experience we know that our Glow Jumpers are not ideal for stocky dog breeds (e.g. French Bulldogs) - but we offer beautiful collars and loops for this. We have also developed products specifically for dachshunds and greyhounds, but they also fit many other dog breeds. Do you need advice? lumiies® was founded by sisters Marion and Kerstin. We now sell our collection internationally through our online shop and supply over 35 exclusive boutiques in Europe. Marion is a textile technician, fashion designer and exhibition designer and is responsible for design and production. All models were designed and developed by Marion. We ship our goods daily. If there are any delays, for example if an employee has broken an arm or foot, we will contact you immediately. DHL is usually very fast and you will have the goods at home around 3 days after placing your order. You will receive a tracking number from us and can check the progress of your delivery at any time.

Germany: Free delivery for orders over 99€. For orders under 99€ we charge a flat shipping fee of 5.99€ with DHL.

EU: A flat rate of 15,90€ will be charged for all orders.

Outside the EU: Please contact us by email at sales@lumiies.com to place your order and discuss shipping and customs costs.

Yes, your payment is secure. We use an SSL (Secure Socket Layer) connection to ensure that your data is transmitted securely. Your payment information is encrypted and processed securely without us having access to your credit card details.

Please note that products in the Super Sale (from -40%) cannot be exchanged. This information is also noted in the product descriptions of the respective items. Products from the "2nd Life" category cannot be exchanged either.

In the "2nd Life" category we only offer products that we have already used for photo shoots, exhibitions or events. You will also find unique pieces here that never made it into the online shop, as well as products that are not 100% perfect and therefore do not go on regular sale.

The return must be organized by you and is therefore not free. However, we will refund you the purchase amount plus the shipping costs for your order.
