Do you need a different size? Use our customer chat (green speech bubble) – we’ll assist you immediately, help you find the right size, and send you all the documents for your return. Please place a new order for the desired size. Unfortunately, reservations are not possible, but we’ll be happy to send you a link to order. Just provide your order number – we’re here to help!

Important Information for Returns
To ensure your return is processed quickly, please follow these guidelines:
- Unworn and clean: We only accept items that are unworn, clean, and free from stains, pet hair, and odors. Dirty items will not be accepted.
- Original packaging: Please include the protective packaging and hangtags with your return.
- Neatly packed: Items must be neatly folded. Heavily wrinkled or washed items cannot be accepted.
- Return deadline: Send your return within 14 days of receiving your delivery.
A fee of €5.90 for return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Thank you for your cooperation!
